StarCrypton provides human-based support to help identify suspicious messages (SMS, WhatsApp, email, and screenshots) and offer simple cyber safety guidance.

All reviews are performed manually by trained staff.

Our guidance is informational only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

2. Who can use the service

You must be 18 years or older, or have a family member subscribe on your behalf

Services are for personal, non-commercial use only

3. How the service is delivered

Services will be provided via WhatsApp messages, Online video sessions (for coaching)

Typical response time is within 12 hours, but this is not guaranteed.

4. Your responsibilities

By using our service, you confirm that:

You are sharing content voluntarily

You have the right to share the messages or screenshots you submit

You will not send illegal, abusive, or harmful content

You understand our guidance may not always be correct

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

We are not liable for financial loss, scam losses, device damage, data loss, or actions taken after receiving our guidance

Our service does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

StarCrypton is not an emergency service. If you believe you are in immediate danger or have been defrauded, contact your bank and local authorities immediately.

6. Payments, subscriptions & cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date

You may cancel your subscription at any time

If you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and the service has not yet been used, you may be entitled to a refund under UK consumer law

After services have been used, refunds are not guaranteed

Failed payments may result in the temporary suspension of access

7. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:
